BATAVIA, NY — The Batavia Business Improvement District is excited to announce this year’s Downtown Wine Walk theme, “A Novel Night Out!”

Step out of the pages and into Downtown Batavia for a literary-themed Wine Walk where stories come to life.

Attendees are encouraged to dress as their favorite book character and spend the evening exploring downtown while celebrating the characters and tales that have captured our imaginations. Enjoy delicious wine, great company, local businesses, and a one-of-a-kind experience as you stroll from stop to stop surrounded by literary magic.

Whether you’re a classic literary icon, fantasy hero, children’s book character, mystery favorite, romantic lead, villain, or modern-day favorite, let your creativity shine! Bring your favorite story to life, gather your friends, and enjoy an unforgettable evening where every sip has a story.

NEW THIS YEAR — PEOPLE’S CHOICE AWARD

Participating downtown businesses will transform their stops into their own stories.

For the first time, Wine Walk attendees will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite Wine Walk stop based on creativity, decorations, costumes, and overall experience.
